Christmas?

Nativity   The holiday season is always a tough time for me to find time to post new articles. Between my job being especially busy this time of year, and finding time to do my Christmas shopping, along with the rest of life’s trials, it leaves little time to write.  Add in the fact that we just got past what seems like the longest election cycle ever, that is until the next one, and most people are not, and have no desire, to think about politics.

Of course there is always things happening, from Sony deciding not to release the movie, “The Interview”, to President Obama announcing his intention to normalize relations with Cuba after fifty-plus years.

But since it is the holiday season, and since Christmas is the big one as far as its influence upon the world, and the economic impact it has, here in the United States, here is the obligatory post about Christmas.

I was going to write about all of the things that bother me about other people at Christmas, about how judgmental they can be, and then I realized I was doing the same thing. So I deleted it and decided that my message for Christmas should be from my personal favorite book in the Bible, Luke 2:11, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”

That’s it. From all of us here at Delaware Right, Merry Christmas. And may God bless us all.
