  The following is a guest post from one of our regular Guest known as Laffter.    Dear Delaware Right Readers,

Election season is upon us again and anyone who has read political blogs knows, internet trolls are sadly, an unavoidable part of this diaspora

That said- most blogs, with the exception of one, generally warn then ban trolls. It can be difficult to decide who and when the banning needs to apply- but most handle it well

Some blogs warn, then ban. Some just warn and some just ban. Heavy- handedness is never to be desired , especially when the cult of personality takes over .

Personally, Frank needs a round of applause for butting up with this unruly bunch. And for exercising restraint with the recent troll that was banned and several banned trolls from the past

But, with that said , here is an article that should make us cautious and leery of whom we vote for ……

The internet troll it seems, is clearly a defective type of personality and also attracts a like- minded troll mentality around them

As we turn to our vote this election season- let’s revisit the troll comments here and on other blogs ( as trolls are a roaming breed) and remember who these people really are behind their internet persona – and/or who they support …..

Let’s not cast votes for trolls or those who encourage troll behaviors –  as their bad behavior and the bad behavior of their minions will only reflect on us- the voter – the people that they are supposed to represent
