Hypocrisy Is A Woman

scrubbing  It has been a little over a year ago, that I wrote several post here at Delaware Right, which shone a light on some deplorable behavior within the Sussex GOP.  I am talking about how some of the male members, (makes me laugh every time), treated, and spoke about the female members of the Sussex GOP Executive Committee.

This included accusations of intimidation tactics by officers of the Committee, as well as Committee members calling into a local talk radio show making derogatory remarks about women in general, at a time when there was a well qualified woman running to be the Chair of the Committee. The host of the show was also a member of the Committee.

At the time, the women of the Committee were outraged at the things that were said, and that these men were allowed to remain in the Committee with no consequences.

Here is the post I wrote about the issues, on September 15, 2015, with audio clips of the actual comments by the men, and links to other post about the behavior of some of the men in the Committee.

Does The Sussex GOP See Women As Second Class Members Of The Party?

I was more than happy to point out what I found to be unacceptable behavior, not only because these were members of the GOP Committee, but unacceptable by any standard. At the time I heard from many female members of the Committee, and women in general, that they appreciated my brining this to light. These women felt the male members, (I just can’t help it) , should be removed from the Committee, as their behavior had cast a bad light upon the Republican Party in general.

Oh really?

I will not out any particular women, I will say only, I have asked many of these same Republican women, if considering, not only the accusations of wrong doing on the part of Donald Trump, Republican nominee for President, but the actual recording of the things he said about women on the Access Hollywood tape, if they would be voting for him anyway?

I am deeply saddened to tell you that everyone I have asked, have said they will ignore the vile things Trump is accused of, and more importantly, the things he was recorded saying, and yes, they will vote for him.

  Hypocrisy is a woman!

I will exclude the accusations by the women coming forward, and focus solely on the tape, much like the audio of the Duke Brooks Show. The things Trump spoke of, included advocating sexual assault, and as bad as the things were, that the members of the Sussex Committee said, none of those men suggested sexual assault was okay in any case.

These women called for the resignation, or the ouster of these men, yet they will vote for a man who said much worse, for the highest office in the land. Okay, whatever.

But let me say to these ladies. The next time some man ask you, if it’s that time of the month? Or calls you, “little lady”.   Or says something inappropriate to you on a sexual level. Get over yourself, because if you are willing to look the other way for party politics, then it ain’t all that important to you, now is it?

It is pretty clear what Trump thinks of women. If they wish to be second class citizens, then that is their prerogative. Fortunately they are in a huge minority. (7%)

Like women who are constantly abused, perhaps it would be good for them to get out of their party relationship for while and look at their lives with clear eyes. Usually it is the harm they are doing to their children, in this case their little girls, which cause most abuse victims to come to the right conclusion…

But as long as they are intimidated enough, there really is nothing you can do to persuade them. They are just trying to survive the only way they know how.

Bill Clinton was a sexual predator, and his kid turned out alright. After all, Chelsea married a hedge fund manager (gasp!). Of course, she “doesn’t think about money” (lol).

  3. mouse says:

Wasn’t this in a Monte Python movie?

  4. Rick says:

Eric Garner’s daughter isn’t too happy about the Clinton campaigns e-mails about whether or not to “use” Garner’s death. Hillary and her crew are filthy scum.

Don’t any of you read the e-mails?

Hillary gave the wife of an FBI investigator a lot of money for her state senate run. While she was being investigated. Oh well, that’s just a coincidence,

The Clintons corrupt anything they touch- including the FBI, which is now totally politicized. It’s becoming clear how the Clinton’s made $250 million without actually doing anything.

We need a liar and a criminal and her sexual predator husband in the White House.

I’m confused, Frank. Mostly because you’re bashing Trump and trying to shame women into not voting for him, but you are turning a blind eye to an important fact: voting for Hillary would put her rapist husband back into the White House, with her having more power to blackmail, intimidate and humiliate the women he abused just as she’s done in the past.

The Clinton’s have no high ground, moral or otherwise, to stand on when it comes to abusive behavior towards women. Hillary Clinton can claim no high ground, moral or otherwise, on virtually any issue.

When it comes to Trump and/or Clinton on the issue of abusive behavior towards women there is no clear “better” choice, it’s like trying to decide which peanut you just picked out of a piece of s**t is the best one to eat.

  6. Frank Knotts says:

Anon, I am merely pointing out the hypocrisy. Nothing more.

  7. anon says:

No escaping the hypocrisy whether they vote for Trump or Clinton. That’s the problem.

  8. Frank Knotts says:

    Agreed

  9. fightingbluehen says:

Delaware is still stuck in the good old boys club, but I don’t see the correlation to Trump. I personally know a woman who worked closely with Trump, and she says good things about him.

Equal pay for woman is part of Trump’s platform.

  10. fightingbluehen says:

    women

  11. Frank Knotts says:

FBH learn to read, read to learn. The post is not about Trump. It’s about the women who were outraged about what was said by Sussex committeemen yet will vote for Trump.

  12. fightingbluehen says:

I suppose there is always some level of hypocrisy when you reflect on your choice of a certain candidate over another, but when the other choice is a Clinton , and the discussion is about disrespecting women, I don’t see a great level of hypocrisy there.

  13. Rick says:

Trump pinched a 25-year-old soft porn model on the ass in 1982.

Hillary Clinton handed 20% of our uranium stores to Outin.

Hillary put innumerable US oversees operatives at risk.

Hillary watched a US Ambassador and CIA agents die and did nothing.

Hillary lied, lied and lied again to the American people about her “server,” and about the number of devices she used.

Hillary sent and received classified information through private e-mails, and allowed individuals who were not supposed to have access to read them.

Bill and Hillary made $250 million doing what? Selling influence, that’s what. I guess it’s okay to look the other way when billionaire oligarchs who stone women and behead gays offer you millions.

This woman would have been hung as a traitor in George Washington’s time.

She, and her husband, are pigs.

  14. Frank Knotts says:

Rick, the post is not about who to chose in the election, the post is about the hypocrisy of those who were outraged by the behavior and words of the male members of the Sussex GOP, yet will vote for Trump.
FBH, the hypocrisy is not about which candidate these women choose it’s about their faned outrage.

  15. Rick says:

Sort of like the hypocracy of those who profess to take the moral high road, yet will vote for a career liar and criminal, an incompetent, greedy and scandal plagued miscreant, who essentially made her millions by panhandling and selling influence.

And how about the hypocracy of claiming to represent “women’s issues,” yet when ten or fifteen women accused her husband of raping them, she did everything in her power to stonewall, destroy, intimidate and discredit the individuals who suffered the pain of rape at the hands of Bill Clinton.

If Mrs. Piggy is elected, we can expect years of endless scandals, higher taxes, more burdensome regulations that destroy business, a double-down on the failing Obamacare, two or three more Sotamayors on the court and Russian hegemony in the Middle East.

  16. Honi Soit says:

As FDR supposedly said about Nicaraguan strongman Somoza, “He may be a son of a bitch, but he’s OUR son of a bitch.” And that was FDR’s rationale for supporting him because the alternative was worse. In like fashion: “Trump is a sexual predator but he’s OUR sexual predator.”

Of course, these women of whom you speak may not have a problem with their hypocrisy because Trump wouldn’t grab them by the pussy anyway: “I mean, look at her!”

  17. Honi Soit says:

@Rick: Is “hypocracy” rule by hypos?

  18. Henry says:

Yes, people let’s stick to the situation Frank wrote the article about, but he left out one key element. If you are going to tell the story again, at least tell the whole story and not a figment of your imagination.

The whole incident was instigated by Frank and Mary Spicer. Mary Spicer was bitter because she lost the election again, twice, in her attempt take command of the Sussex GOP in the behalf of the Sussex County Women’s Club. Of course they had their establishment agenda fueled by John Fluharty and their establishment Mike Castle chosen candidate.

Frank being a intricate Mary Spicer supporter unleashed a plan to continue his tirade. Frank and Mary were seen conspiring and over heard discussing their plot to disrupt the Sussex GOP yet again using Frank’s accomplice Dan Gaffney talk show host of 105.9

Frank and Dan Gaffney took to the talk show air waves again in their attempt to make nothing into something like previous failed attempts ridiculous in nature. For two men to make themselves out to be Christians the hypocrisy lies with Frank Knott’s and Dan Gaffney’s hypocritical behavior.

Making up and twisting such a farse as in titling it as “A War Against Women” when it actually was “A War With Women”
speaks to the level of a devilish and devious political onslaught undermining of the Sussex County Women’s Club
and their attempts to take over not only Sussed County GOP but the entire state’s GOP structure with the Mike Castle loyalists. They just didn’t tell Mimi Drew of their devious plot before she reviewed the incident per a internal SCGOP executive inquiry into matter only to find no wrong doing by the people in question which were on the SCGOP executive board.

Like some candidates have stated “They have Mike Castle’s blessing so in turn the GOP establishment including the state’s executive staff bends over backwards to accommodate Mike Castle’s chosen and blessed candidate selections hence it was just another political devious plot to weaken the stronger of the three county GOP parties, which all knew SCGOP did not support Mike Castle re-election bid in 2010.

Mike Castle’s vengeance on the SCGOP. Frank Knotts, Dan Gaffney, Mary Spicer, Lewis Briggs, John Fluharty, executive board of the State GOP, Sussed County Women’s Club along with their affiliate Federation of Republican Women (De.) executive member Paula Manaloukas, along with the rest of the RINO crowd 14th District and a some others.

Yes there are people that know the real story whether Frank wants to reveal it or not. People know of his mission and the entire plot to destroy the SCGOP for throwing his sorry ass out.

  19. anon says:

Mary Spicer has spent the last 20+ years of her life recruiting republicans in Sussex County and she raises thousands of dollars for republican candidates. Attacking people like her is one of the reasons why the Lacey Lafferty/Jeff Christopher wing of the SCGOP only managed to win one RD statewide in the primary for governor this year.

  20. Henry says:

Mary Spicer admitted that she supported and voted for Jeff Christopher. And that wing you mentioned voted against her attempt to be Chair of the SCGOP as well as her co conspiracy partner Lewis Briggs as Vice Chair.

That twenty year plus in the GOP where she raises money for the establishment candidates.

Got something to say? Go for it!
