Our current president doesn’t even know there is a constitution. For example, the treaty with Iran is still a treaty, whether he calls it a “deal” or whatever, and thus, needed Senate consent to be ratified.

Well Rick, Obama doesn’t call the agreement with Iran a “deal”. He calls it an executive agreement, following his predecessors:
George Bush issued 1,876 executive agreements.
Bill Clinton 2,058
George H.W. Bush 1,350
Ronald Reagan 2,840 (the hands-down winner)
Jimmy Carter 1,169
Gerald Ford 677
Richard Nixon 1,116
I don’t have up to date numbers for Obama, but as of 2015, he issued 791. More than Ford, but then again Ford was in office for one term only.

The Iran “deal” is a treaty. Plain and simple. To the best of my knowledge, none of the above signed a treaty without Senate ratification.
I don’t know where you were during the Iran negotiations, but Obama publicly referred to the proposed treaty as a “deal” or an “agreement” hundreds if not thousands of times.
